Shipping policy

We currently ship though United State Postal Service (USPS) to Puerto Rico and the 50 states.

Upon shipping, Local Story will send you a confirmation e-mail which will include a USPS tracking number.

Packages will normally ship within 3 to 5 business days and upon shipping Local Story will send you a confirmation e-mail which will include a USPS tracking number.

Transit times may increase if your order is being shipped out of the country, to a rural address or during holiday seasons.

Due to high demand for many of our items, Local Story can not always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you via e-mail. You will be refunded if we cannot fulfill your item.

Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange your merchandise within 14 days from date of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Credit will only be issued if all returned items are unworn, unaltered, unwashed. All tags must be attached. All sales are final on Bath and Body items. Please email us with your concerns and return requests.

Local Story is not responsible for lost or damaged goods that are being returned. Please pack your returns properly. If your item arrives damaged or missing from the package Local Story is not responsible for improperly packed items. Please address with your local Postmaster. Your credit may take 7-10 business days to process.
