Meet the Founder
Local Story was founded in November 2016 by Natalia López, a Puerto Rican creative and curator with a background in art, design and creative strategy.
From an early age, Natalia has been drawn to the arts, exploring different disciplines such as painting, ceramics, sewing and other creative mediums. Her diverse creative experience shapes the way each piece is selected and presented in the store.
Today, Natalia leads Local Story as a platform that connects local designers with people who appreciate art, design and meaningful objects, while celebrating Puerto Rican creativity through thoughtful curation.
